What is collected — your name, organization, job title, and the e-mail address that becomes your account name. Why — to manage which programs each account can open, and to tell accounts apart. How long — until the account is turned off. This system turns accounts off rather than deleting them, so the record remains after that; ask an administrator if you need it removed.
